Xagus Harold Lett

Xagus “Harold” Lett age 76 of Corryton passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021. A member of Highland View Baptist Church, Corryton Masonic Lodge, American Legion Post 212, and the Tri-County Honor Guard. Harold was a Viet Nam War Veteran serving in the United States Army. Preceded in death by his parents Xagus and Marie Lett; sister Elva Ferguson. Survived by his wife of 57 years Beverly; sons Chris and wife Yvonne, Jeff and wife Michelle; grandchildren Branden Lett and wife Cassie, Corey Lett, Joshua Lett and fiance’ Maria; great-grandchildren Jayla, Joanna, Lynly, Tezlyn; siblings Larry and wife Jeri, Gary and wife Becky; Joyce Jessee and husband Kelsie; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 18, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Clear Springs Baptist Church in Corryton with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM officiated by Rev. Terry Walker and Rev. Justin Pratt with music by Rev. Doug Fielden. Family and friends will meet on Friday, February 19, 2021, 2:45 PM at Greenwood Cemetery for a 3:00 PM graveside service. The members of the Tri-County Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Conley Dockery, Roger Ferguson, DeWayne Ferguson, Robert Lett, Branden Lett, Corey Lett, and Joshua Lett.
