Wilma Waggoner Coffey, 72 of Knoxville passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017 with her family at her side. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank Coffey; daughter, Debra Livingston; parents, Jim Waggoner and Thelma Painter’ step-mother, Nell Waggoner; brother-in-law, Jack Welch; niece, Crissy Sexton; father and mother-in-law, O.H. and Katerine Coffey. Wilma is survived by daughters, Cathy (Steve) Hunley and Jessica O’Baugh; son-in-law Kevin Livingston; grandchildren, Jonathon, Victoria, Zacherey, Kristina, Jackson and Cash. Brothers, Ken (Christine) Waggoner and Glenn (Wilma) Waggoner; sisters, Dorothy Stallard, Sue (Don) Sexton and Donna Welch; special nieces, Tracie Thomson and Karen Ferguson; several other nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5-7pm Sunday, July 30, 2017, at The Mynatt Funeral Home. 2829 Rennoc Road in Fountain City (865) 688-2331with a funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. Ralph Waggoner officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45am Monday, July 31, 2017, in Eastview Cemetery for an 11am interment. Pallbearers will be Greg Welch, Rich Stallard, Jimmy Coffey, Kevin Livingston, Steve Hunley and Ken Waggoner.
