William Joseph Wagster

William Joesph Wagster 60 passed away on February 13, 2022 in his sleep @ his home in Knoxville Tenn. Bill was born in Oklahoma City Ok. on January 23, 1962 to Bill and Teresa Wagster. Bill was such a funny and loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend. Becky was his love of his life!! He lived life to the fullest & helped many people along the way! He went to school to become an EMT, and saved many lives including Dolly Parton’s dad, who lived for 8 days longer! Dolly thanked Bill many times & even gave him her cell number if he ever wanted to talk, plus she asked Bill to come to her dad’s funeral if he wanted to. He worked in Baptist hospital for many years in the Emergency dept, ambulance & then took school to join FEMA!! It’s hard to get into this but he worked hard & made it. Bill helped & saved many lives!! He loved his lord & Savior very much & he loved his family a lot!! He has many friends who loved him too! He will & is missed very much!! Bill is survived by his Beck, 3 sisters Julianna Koesler, Colette Vanslette, Mary (Murray) Thole, many nieces, nephews, & cousins. Funeral Mass June 11th @ 1pm @ Holy Ghost Catholic Church on Broadway in Knoxville, burial to follow. No flower donations please but contributions to his family to help pay for his funeral or to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital are appreciated. Thank you and God Bless All!!
