Rev. William "Hubert" Anderson, age 100, of Corryton went to be with the Lord Easter Morning, April 5, 2015. Born January 5, 1915 in Loyston, TN. Ordained Baptist Minister for over 50 years, former Pastor of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, member of Clear Spring Baptist Church, and attended Texas Valley Baptist Church for the last few years. He was a United States Army Veteran who served 42 months overseas during WWII. Preceded in death by his wife Thelma Tindell Anderson; parents Gip and Maude Jane Anderson; sisters Bertha Anderson, Mary Brown, Marie Shropshire and Lennie Caughron McFall; and brothers Elmer Anderson, Marshal Anderson and Edmon Anderson. Survived by daughter Loretta and Richard "Toby" Price; son Ron and Mitzi Anderson; grandchildren Missy and Randy Nicley, Amy and Mike Lowery, Brad and Shanda Anderson, and Hayley Anderson; great grandchildren Chance Lowery, Tayler Lowery, Amber Nicely, Abbey Nicely, Camden Anderson, Alexis Lowery and Sister Nellie Beeler; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service 7:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. Corey Carroll and Rev. Sean Watson officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Friday at Greenwood Cemetery for 11:00 am interment. Pallbearers: Brad Anderson, Chance Lowery, Randy Nicley, Mike Lowery, Eddie Anderson, and Wayne Anderson. The family will receive friends 5:00 - 7:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
