William H. Wyrick

William H. “Bill” Wyrick, age 74, of Corryton, TN, was called to his Heavenly Home that he sang so much about on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Bill worked for Plasti-Line until their closure and then he went to work at Reeder Chevrolet. Bill enjoyed spending time with his family and was known to many as Santa Claus. He was preceded in death by his parents, Rector and Alberta Wyrick; siblings, Lillie Duncan and R.B. Wyrick. He leaves behind his wife of 52 years, Nancy Daniels Wyrick; his sons Michael and Richard (Pam) Wyrick, and Jay Duncan whom he loved like a son; three granddaughters, Kayla (Joey) Daniel, Erin (Noah) Wyrick, and Tosha (Andrew) Hettinger; six great-grandchildren, Abbie, Emery, Charlee, Jackson, Kinsley, and Alric; siblings, Mary Lee Lawson, Christine Myers, Donna Bridges, Clyde Wyrick, Leon Wyrick, and Ronnie Wyrick. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 30, 2022, from 5:00-7:00 pm with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Robert S. Rutherford, Life Celebrant officiating. Family and friends will meet at the funeral home 2:00 pm on Sunday, July 31, 2022, for a procession to Kitts Cemetery on Texas Valley Rd for a 3:00 pm graveside service.
