William Frank Phillips

William Frank Phillips, age 90, of Powell, passed away on Monday, June 13, 2022. He is preceded in death by wife, Shirley Kitts Phillips; parents, Claiborne and Carrie Phillips; father and mother-in-law, T.R. and Nell Schropshier; daughter-in-law, Deb Phillips; brother, Sanford Phillips; sisters, Marjorie Johnson, Nellavee Christie and Geraldine Brannum; brother-in-law, Lou Schropshier. He is survived by son, William Phillips, Jr.; daughter, Sherri Wampler; grandchildren, Joshua Wampler (Rachel), Jacob Phillips and Kris Phillips (girlfriend Cortnee); great grandchildren, William, Jentry, Kendall and Dylan Wampler; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, June 16, 2022, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will meet on Friday, June 17, 2022 at 10:45am at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens for a 11:00am graveside service officiated by Pastor Phillip Martin.
