Walter Lowe Jr.

Walter "Walt" Lowe Jr., age 82 of Knoxville, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 16, 2025. Walt was a dedicated member of Branville Baptist Church, where he was a deacon for 33 years. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 62 years, Ruth Lowe; parents, Walter Sr. and Juanita Lowe; brothers, Dallon Lowe and Donald Lowe. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Mike) Harbin; son, Michael Lowe; grandchildren, Grant Harbin, Mykayla Wright, Mikey Lowe, Logan Harbin and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, January 20, 2025, at Branville Baptist Church, followed by a Celebration of Life service at 7:00 pm; Pastor Steve Brasher officiating. Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, January 21, at 10:45 am, for a 11:00 am graveside service at Eastview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Branville Baptist Church, through the Treasurer of the church and can be mailed to, 7520 Munsey Rd. Corryton, TN 37721.
