Violet Marie Bridges

Violet Bridges, age 73 of Knoxville, passed away July 18, 2023. She attended Loveland Baptist Church and loved her church very much. She was blessed with so many who loved her, especially her children and grandkids. Violet will be deeply missed by her loved ones, from her phone calls and her laugh to her sweet loving soul. Preceded in death by mother and father Elmer and Ruth Brown, siblings Ralph, Eddie, Phyllis, and Johnny Brown. Survived by the love of her life Tony Bridges, children Teresa Holmes, Chris and Julie Hunley, Laura Hunley, and Jennifer Holmes, sisters Rose “Mickey” and Allan Harrison, Mary and Jerry Forester, brother LeRoy and Kim Brown, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were dear to her heart, and best friend Amy Graves. Family will receive friends 11:30am-1:30pm Friday, July 21, 2023, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with service to follow at 1:30pm.
