Victoria Diane "Vicki" Ciparro

Victoria Diane "Vicki" Ciparro- age 61 of Knoxville, passed away Monday night, October 16, 2017, at home. Vicki was the owner of Inskip Grill for over seven years. She was a hardworking, loving, selfless woman. Vicki always put everyone above herself. She treated everyone with respect and cared about all of her customers. Vicki was a loving mother, wife, grandmother (gran-gran) and friend. She was cherished by many. Vicki will forever be missed and will always be in our hearts. Vicki was preceded in death by her father, David Luther Thomas and mother Magalene Jenkins Thomas. She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Larry Ciparro, her son Jonathan Katsiros, her step-son and daughter-in-law Nicholas and Eva Ciparro, step-daughter and son-in-law Alyssia and James Jones and son William Scott Thomas as well as her sister and brother-in-law Leslie and Robert Grenville and brother and sister-in-law David and Brenda Thomas. Grandchildren: Kayla Katsiros, Brianna White, Judy and David (Scott) Thomas, Elise and Hatcher Jones and several great-grandchildren. Receiving of family and friends will be at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 5:00pm-7:00pm, with funeral service to follow at 7:00pm with Dr. Alan Smith officiating. Family and friends will meet Friday, October 20, 2017 at 10:45 am at Fort Sumter Community Cemetery for a graveside service at 11am.
