Victor Lon Mcneal

Victor Lon McNeal” Pappy”, age 67, of Heiskell, TN, went to be with the Lord, his loving parents Lon and Dorthy McNeal and all those that went on before him. He was survived by his wife of 49 years, Joyce McNeal, dog Tinker, daughters Tonya Carter (husband Creg), Becky Hamock (Husband Donnie), His sons Victor Ray McNeal (wife Katie), and Chris McNeal (wife Crystal). Pappy was blessed with many grandkids and great grandkids that he loved dearly. He had many other family members, friends, and acquaintances that made an impact on his life and him on theirs. Victor proudly served his community as a volunteer fire fighter at Heiskell Volunteer Fire department for 30 years. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with a 7:00pm service at Mynatt Funeral Home at The Fountain City Chapel. The service will be officiated by Rev. Creg Carter. The family will meet at 12:45pm on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery for a 1:00pm graveside service.
