Vickie Ann Horner

Vickie Ann Williford Horner age 70, of Mascot, TN., born September 29, 1954, to the late Arlie R. and Frankie B. Williford, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 24, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She was a strong woman and proved it by winning a battle against AML Leukemia in 2020. She was loved and will be missed by everyone. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Horner, father, Arlie Williford, mother, Frankie Williford Denney, and son-in-law, Jerry Leeper. 

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Tina Leeper (Pete Laulusa) and Dena (Chris) Hatcher; stepdaughters: Angie Tackett and Kim Smith; grandchildren: Ryan (Samantha) Hatcher, Logan Leeper (Audrey Lawson), Haylee (Dylan) Graham, Hayden Hatcher (Dakota Peters), Sammy Tackett, Landon Laulusa, Lakin Laulusa, Keaton Smith, Aidyn Smith, and Brady Tackett; and great-grandchildren: Riggin Hatcher, Hudson Leeper, Waylon Hatcher, and Wrenley Leeper; brothers, Ross (Edith) Williford, Carl (Renee) Williford; sisters, Judy (Gordon) Bright, Janice Garrett, Arlene Rogers and Tina (Tim) Haggard; several nieces and nephews. 

The family will receive friends Thursday, February 27, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel. Family and friends will meet Friday, February 28, 2025, at 10:00 am at Mynatt Funeral Home, Halls Chapel and travel in procession to Roseberry Cemetery for an 11:00 am graveside service officiated by Ryan Hatcher. Serving as pallbearers: Chris Hatcher, Ryan Hatcher, Hayden Hatcher, Logan Leeper, Landon Laulusa, and Pete Laulusa. Honorary pallbearers: Sammy Tackett, Keaton Smith, and Brady Tackett.
