Vicki Jane Roach Blair Knisley West Oaks

Vicki Jane Roach Blair Knisley West Oaks passed away unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Saturday, September 19, 2020. She loved her three daughters, grandchildren and extended family. She was very talented with her hands and enjoyed sewing, knitting, and making paper beads. She worked as an administrative assistant and teacher's assistant. Her favorite restaurant was the Cracker Barrel where she worked for many years before retiring. She had an outgoing personality and brought laughter wherever she went. She will be greatly missed. Preceded in death by father Billy Gene Roach; spouse Thomas Eugene Knisley and spouse, Jerry West. She is survived by her husband, Gene Oaks; Mother, Charlotte Roach, her children and grandchildren: Mackenzie Frazier and husband Chris with Rachel Ann and Katelyn Jane; Mary Charlotte Mask and husband Mitch with Bennett Andrew and Lena Elizabeth; Rebecca Elizabeth Rossman and husband Matt with Kailee Blair and Levi Parker; brother, Ron Roach and wife Carolyn with Amanda Ruth; sister, Shelia Roach and husband Stacey with Billy Kyle Roach and Ryan Stacey Roach and his daughter Ella Grace. There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Pavilion at First United Methodist Church, Knoxville, Tennessee 37919.
