Vesta "Mae" Hoffner Coppock

Vesta “Mae” Hoffner Coppock, age 94, passed away June 13, 2016 and is dancing in Heaven now. She was a member of Rutherford Memorial United Methodist Church. Vesta’s family and church were a very important part of her life. She was preceded in death by her first husband Walter B. Hoffner, parents C.D. and Nellie Carey, brothers C.D. and Walter Carey, sister Margaret Carey, and daughter-in-law Claudia Hoffner. Survivors include husband Harvey Coppock, son Edward Hoffner and wife Beulah, grandchildren Benjamin Richard Hoffner and wife Janice, and Edward Maurice Hoffner and wife Emily, great grandchildren Whitley and Kennedy Hoffner. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with funeral service to follow at 7 PM with Rev. Doug __________ and Rev. Steve Doyal officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Saturday at Highland Memorial Cemetery for interment at 11 AM.
