Todd Christian Scott Gillen

Todd Christian Scott Gillen, age 20, of Knoxville, TN, passed away on Friday, January 5th, 2018. He was born on May 11th, 1997 in Knoxville, Tennessee. Todd loves God and his family above all else. He was a wonderful father who adored his children and was always there for people when they needed him. He was preceded in death by grandmothers Evelyn Dotson and Lillie Gillen, grandfather Moes Miller, aunts Kathy Brewer and Bernice Coker, uncle Ben Parker and best friend Cory Hurt. He will forever be loved and missed by his girlfriend Teresa Thomas, their children Blake (4) and Heaven (2), mother Jennifer Manis, father Chris Gillen, step-father Landon Qualls, brothers: Damien, Cody, Toby, Tyler and his sisters Ashley and Tori, grandfather Melvin Dotson, grandmother Sherry Lyle and grandfather Mickey Lyle, aunts Cindy, Jerri, Sheila, uncle Melvin Jr. Todd had a very large extended family and friends of many more people who loved and will miss him. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to help pay for funeral expenses. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 13th, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, with funeral service to begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will immediately follow at Fountain City United Methodist Church Cemetery.
