Theresa Ann Wells

Theresa Ann Wells, Age 60 of Big Stone Gap, Virginia was born Friday August 17th 1962 in Harlan, KY. She went home to be with the Lord Friday, December 16th in Knoxville, TN surrounded by her family. She was a homemaker and long-time member of the Pentecostal Faith. She donated to local gospel radio stations and worked closely with the Samaritans Purse for the past 25+ years and was personally recognized by Franklin Graham for her hard work and contributions toward Operation Christmas Child. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Phyllis Hendricks and brother Gerald Hendricks all of St. Charles, Virginia. She is survived by her daughter, Candice Wilson (Jonathan) and their son Colin who called his grandmother “Mimi;” long time fiancé, Bill McNutt of Big Stone Gap, his son Billy (Kaitlyne) their children, Titus, Alyssa and Attalaya of North Carolina; sister and best friend Michelle Collins, (Jerry) of Radford, Virginia; brothers, Mike Hendricks (Pat) of Jonesville Virginia, Alfred Villarreal of Cibolo, Texas; uncles, Jim Salyers (Omia) and their daughter, Anissa, of Virginia, J.D. Hendricks (Charlotte) of Ohio and Hearlie Hendricks (Cindy) of Virginia. The family will have a Celebration of Life Service on Friday, January 6, 2022 at Pennington Gap Church of God located on 401 N. Main St Pennington Gap, Virginia 24277 at 2:00 PM.
