Theodore Jeffers, age 69, of Knoxville, TN, passed away Wednesday, February 14th, 2018. He was preceded in death by wife Debora Jeffers and parents Ramsey and Linda Jeffers. He is survived by sons Joseph Jeffers and Ted Jeffers, Jr., 3 brothers and 6 sisters. Family and friends will meet at Brown’s Mountain Cemetery at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20th, 2018 for a 2 p.m. graveside service.
