Thelma Stout, age 93, passed away Thursday, April 15, 2016. She was born in London, Kentucky on October 17, 1922. She was a member of Black Oak Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Reed Stout; parents, Daniel and Virginia Sasser McQueen; brothers, Kelly McQueen, Floyd McQueen, Willard McQueen, and sister, Wilma McQueen Keller. She is survived by her son, Clark Edward Hamilton of Knoxville; daughters, Brenda Williams, of Knoxville and Yvonne Hamilton, of Nashville; grandchildren, Randall C. Hamilton, of Huntsville, Tennessee, Paul B. Williams Jr., of London, Kentucky, Trish Montgomery, of Knoxville, Tiffany Davis of Knoxville, Kellie Turner of Knoxville, Dione Jenkins of Knoxville; nine great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Jesse Keller of London, Kentucky; numerous nieces and nephews in Southeastern Kentucky; and special friends, Jean Woliver and Faye Edmonds. Special thanks to her caregivers with Covenant Hospice. Funeral service will be 10am Monday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with burial to follow at Woodhaven Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
