Tammy Renee “Upton” Locke (Lulu) went home with the Lord on September 29, 2021. She is survived by her children Wendy, Ron and Caydyn. Pointer and Crystal Ikerd and family as well as siblings Barry Price and Kimberlin Lee. She is preceded in death by her parents Donna and Billy Joe Price, her husband Clark Upton and brother Tony Price. The family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral home, Fountain City Chapel, Saturday, October 2, 2021 from 11:00am-1:00pm.
