Tammy Murphy

Tammy (Gilliam) Murphy, age 50, of Madisonville formerly of Knoxville passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2021. She was of the Baptist faith. She loved to spend time with her family. She is preceded in death by her mother Barbara Gilliam; and sister, Patricia Gilliam. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Chico Murphy; sons, James Collins, Nicholas Collins, and Thomas Collins; father, Lon Gilliam; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Cindy (Howard) Overholt, Lori (Eric) Cordy; brothers, Lon H. (Cigi) Gilliam and Lon William Gilliam; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00pm Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel followed by a 7:00pm memorial service. Rev. Charlie Reynolds officiating.
