Tammy Lewis, age 56 of Knoxville, TN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 14, 2021 at home with family. Tammy was an amazing loving person who never met a stranger. She loved everyone. She is preceded in death by father, Eddie Lusby; brother, Jimmy Lusby; father-in-law, Roy Lewis; mother-in-law, Mary Lewis. She is survived by mother, Kay Lusby; husband, Rick Lewis; daughter, Tabitha Alligood (David); son, Matthew Lewis (Angie); grandsons, Aadin and Chandler Alligood and Garrison LaRue; granddaughter, Brianna Flatford; siblings, Melinda Lusby, Tim Lusby, Teddy Lusby (Leslie); brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike Lewis (Patti), David Lewis (Jannifer), Donna Newcomb (Frank), Linda Harden (Andy); 27 nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 5:00pm until time of funeral service at 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Pastor Frank Sellers and Rev. Blaine Lewis. Family and friends will meet on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel at 10:00am to go in procession to Greenwood Cemetery for an 11:00am graveside service.
