Sylvia Caughorn

Sylvia Jean Caughorn, age 56, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 29, 2020. She is preceded in death by her mother, Pat Caughorn; father Ronald Yarbrough; and brother Roger Yarbrough and Dennis Cunningham. She is survived by her sons Chris (Michelle) Yarbrough, Daniel (Chyenne) Garcia, and Cruz (Brook) Garcia; her grandsons Alex, Aaron, and Adam Yarbrough; long time companion Santos Garcia; stepdad Woody Caughorn; brother Joe (Brenda) Yarbrough; sisters Karen (Lenny) Dunn, Angie Cunningham, Sonja (Tommy) Trent, Julie Campbell, and Tonya Gilliland; many special nieces and nephews that she loved dearly; and nine step siblings on her dad’s side. A receiving of friends for Sylvia will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Island Home Baptist Church, 2323 Island Home Ave, Knoxville, Tennessee 37920, followed by a funeral service at 6:00 PM with Bro.
