Steven Troutt, age 54 of Knoxville, passed away December 29, 2020. Preceded in death by parents Lloyd and Della Troutt and sister Cheryl Norton. Survived by brothers Lloyd “Buddy” Troutt Jr. and Luther Troutt, sister Lynette Duncan, daughter Kayla Troutt, grandson Liam Jackson, brothers-in-law David Norton and Rev. Larry Duncan, sisters-in-law Paula Troutt and Ginger Troutt. Family will receive friends 5:00pm-7:00pm Friday, January 8, 2021, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with service to follow at 7:00pm.
