Steven J. Jackson, MD, age 66 of Knoxville, passed away suddenly on January 10, 2019. He practiced family medicine in Fountain City for many years. Preceded in death by parents Doris and Bert Jackson of Amarillo, Texas, sister Judy Browning, and brother Dan Jackson. Survived by sons Tyler Jackson and Evan Jackson, and brother John Jackson of Waggoner, Oklahoma. A Celebration of Doctor J's life will be held 4:00pm Friday, January 18, 2019, at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel, with a reception to follow.
