Steve Lee Long, age 69, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 7, 2021. He was a member of Grainger Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by wife, Laura Jane Long; mother, Elsie Long; father, Taylor Long; brother, Amos Long; sister Edna Brock. He is survived by children, Stevie Joe Long, Robert Lynn Long, Misty Hopper; grandchildren, Jessica Hopper, William Hopper; great grandchildren, Skylar Woody, Kaiden Woody; brothers, Joe Long, Lonnie Long, Jimmy Long; sisters, Gearldine Bowers, Patsy Long, Carolyn Wilson, Sandra Heath, Kathy Long; several nephews and nieces. Family will receive friends Monday, October 11, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home, Fountain City Chapel, from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, with service to follow at 7:00 pm, Rev. Herman Wilson officiating.
