Steve Eugene Treadway

August 6, 1955 — December 10, 2021

Steve E. Treadway, age 66, of Powell, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021, at Tennova North after an extended illness. Steve was a member of the Heat and Frost Insulators Union Local 46 in Knoxville, Tennessee. He retired after 30 years of service. Steve spent most of his time after retirement on his houseboat on Norris Lake. He leaves behind many of his boating friends that he met there. He graduated from Powell High School. He was proceeded in death by his father, Tom Treadway; brother, Kyle Treadway. He is survived by the love of his life, Kristine Pritchard Treadway; mother, Kathleen Treadway; biological daughter, Jennifer L. Treadway; granddaughter, Lochlyn Treadway; step-children, Shane Johnson, Robert and Dawna McKelvey, Sean and Melinda McKelvey, Vanessa and Justin Daly; several grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Family and friends will meet on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Lynch Bethel Cemetery, 5913 West Emory Rd., Knoxville, TN 37931 at 10:45am for an 11:00am graveside service officiated by Zachary Sexton.
