Stephen Patrick Conner

Steve Conner, age 53, was called home to be with the Lord September 19, 2013. He was a member of Alice Bell Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, “Papaw”, & friend. He was preceded in death by father Frank Conner, mother Marie “Granny” Hamilton and step-father Bud Hamilton. Survivors include wife Kaye Conner, children, Daniel & Natalie Conner (Lexi), Jennifer & Brad McCarter (Hunter, Hayden), Melissa & Chris DeBusk (Declan, Lilli), Julie & Mark Kyker (Kaitlyn, Bryce, Journey & Skylar), step-children Ricky Forster (Ricky Forster III), Amanda Forster (Kendra), James & Kalyn Forster (Kaisley & Makena), stepmother Barbara Conner as well as several other family members and loved ones. Funeral services will be 6:30 PM Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel with Rev. Paul Ahnert officiating. Family and friends will meet 2:45 PM Monday at Highland Memorial Cemetery for 3 PM interment with prayer by Rev. Johnny Beeler. The family will receive friends 4:30-6:30 PM Sunday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City.
