Spenser Paul Sharp, age 29, of South Knoxville, passed away suddenly at his home July 12, 2020. Spenser was a US Marine who proudly served his country while stationed in Afghanistan. He was a humble man who never met a stranger. Spenser had a personal relationship with his Savior, Jesus Christ, and now worships at his feet. He had a big heart and loved to make people laugh. Spenser was funny, caring, and so full of life. He loved spending time with his family and friends, especially Natasha and their son, Anakin. To know Spenser was a blessing but to love him was an honor. Survivors include girlfriend, Natasha Tate, son, Anakin Kye Sharp, mother, Lydia S. Sharp, father, Paul W. Sharp, grandparents, Paul & Judy Caldwell, brother, Jeremy N. Sharp, sister, Judy S. Sharp, aunt, Bekki Wilhoite, cousin, Phoebe Wilhoite-Padilla, uncle, Buzz Caldwell, as well as many friends and loved ones. A private inurnment will be held at East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Highway. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
