Shirley Mae Shropshire

Shirley Mae Shropshire, born May 10, 1939 of Norris, Tennessee, passed away February 10, 2015. Shirley loved her family and church. Preceded in death by father, Walter Shropshire; mother, Marie Anderson Shropshire; brothers, Paul and Don Shropshire; sister, Nora Shropshire Hall. Survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles and Polly Shropshire, Fred and Beverly Shropshire; sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Johnny Ridenour, Sue and Larry Turner; sister-in-law, Jewel Shropshire; special friend, Troy Carter; host of nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Pastor Roger Carter and Dustyn Copeland officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am Friday at New Home Baptist Church Cemetery for 11:00 am interment. Pallbearers: Bill Ridenour, Travis Elliot, Dalton and TJ Harness, Donnie Shropshire, and Sheldon Henry. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
