Shirley Jane Phibbs

Shirley J. Phibbs, age 71, passed away on December 11, 2018. She was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church. She is survived by husband Jim Phibbs, son Jamie Phibbs (Angela), daughter Cindy Sampson (Shawn), grandchildren; Autumn Phibbs, Raylee Sampson, and Kaden Sampson. Pallbearers will be Allen Foster, Bill Graham, Shawn Sampson, Jamie Phibbs, Kaden Sampson, and Blake Burdick. Family and friends will meet at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel for a visitation from 6:00-8:00pm on Friday December 14, 2018 with a Service to follow at 8:00pm. Family and friends will meet at New Loyston Memorial Gardens on Saturday December 15, 2018 at 10:45am for an 11:00am Interment.
