Sheila Nelson

Sheila Nelson, age 58 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord January 6, 2023. She loved to sing and had an excellent sense of humor. Sheila loved her family very much. Preceded in death by grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Reece. Survived by son Takota Nelson, sisters Tammy Reece, Paula Reece McCarter, and Heather Reece, brother Tim Reece, parents Ruth and Johnny (Tina) Reece, her cat Grace, special friends Wendell Holmes and Ginger, husband Gerald Nelson (from whom she had been separated), many aunts, nieces, and nephews. Special thanks to Smoky Mountain Hospice and Dr. Richard T. Lee for their love and care. Family will receive friends from 5-7pm Tuesday January 10, 2023.
