Seth Isaiah Claiborne

Seth “Isaiah” Claiborne, age 16, passed to be with his heavenly Father on April 13, 2022. He was born on October 13, 2005 in Knoxville, TN. Isaiah was of the Christian faith and attended Redemption Church. He will be mourned by family and friends who wish to remember his kindness, and strong work ethic. Isaiah loved working on cars and working outdoors. He frequently volunteered his time to assist family and friends with yard work and home improvement projects. He is preceded in death by his grandmother Jewel Claiborne, papaw Myrah Staggs, uncle Mark Claiborne. Isaiah leaves behind the following bereft family members: mother Judy “Faye” Lutz; father James Scott Claiborne; brothers Christian Powell, and James Noah Claiborne; sisters Gracie Nelson and Sapphire Lutz; grandfather Paul Claiborne; grandmother Judy Staggs; uncle Billy Staggs, cousins Kayla Canceemi, and Jonathan Staggs, very special great aunt & uncle Carolyn Gaut and George Dees, many other aunts, uncles, cousins and beloved dog Lucky are left to grieve the loss of this young man. Pallbearers are Christian Powell, Noah Claiborne, Jonathan Staggs, Billy Staggs, Robby Sutton, and Jake Loy. The family will be receiving friends on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, with a 7:00pm service to follow. The family will be meeting at 12:15pm Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel to follow in procession to Greenwood Cemetery for an 1:00 pm graveside service.
