Scottie Alan Bates

Scottie Alan Bates, age 49, went to be with his heavenly Father on June 30, 2021. He enjoyed spending time with his family, going fishing, and golfing. He is preceded in death by his father, Roy Bates Sr., and mother, Janie Rice Bates. He is survived by his son, Alan Bates and fiancé Kristin Collins, granddaughter, Genevieve Bates, brother, Roy Lynn Bates Jr. sister, Kandy Little, and many loved friends. Family will have a visitation Sunday, July 4th, 2021, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. There will be a private graveside service on Monday, July 5th, 2021.
