Sandra Kay Stewart

Sandra Kay Stewart, age 65, of Powell passed away January 6, 2013 at home. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Powell. She was employed by Crown College for over 20 years. She was preceded in death by husband Larry Stewart and father Burgess Boring. Survivors include sons and daughter-in-laws Gary and Michelle Taft, Brian and Charlcie Taft, and Jeremy and Jessi Stewart, grandchildren Ashley, Ethan, Riley, Bailey, and Lucy, mother and step-father Inez and Barney Lord, brother Tipton Boring, and sister Joy Workman. Funeral Service will be 8 pm Tuesday at Temple Baptist Church with Dr. Clarence Sexton and Roger Hilliard officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:45 am at Memorial Cemetery in Maryville, TN for interment at 11 am. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday at Temple Baptist Church.
