Sam Wiley Blair

Sam W. Blair, Jr., age 54 of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at Tennova Residential Hospice after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was preceded in death his father, Sam W. Blair, Sr. and grandmother W. Marie Johnson. Survivors include his devoted wife Tracy Blair; mother and step-father, Carolyn and John Leake; brothers, Thomas Blair and Ricky Blair; sister, Kristy Olvera; sons, William Blair (Jennifer), Kevin Blair, Sam David Blair (Tiffany) and Brandon W. Blair (Christina); daughter, Lindsay Lee (Robert); numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Sam had a kindred soul and heart full of love and would do anything for anyone. Rest in eternal peace brother, for all of your trials and tribulations are now over, and until we meet again, we love you always. The family will receive friends 5pm – 7pm Tuesday at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel. Family and friends will meet at 10:45am Wednesday at New Grey Cemetery for sn 11am Interment.
