Sam Baker

Sam Baker, age 65 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord May 27, 2018 at 7:30am with those he loves by his side. Preceded in death by his parents Danny and Hazel Baker; brothers, Ron, Joe, Elmer, and James; sister, Dot; special nephew Anthony. Survived by daughters Mandy and Misty; sisters, Rosemary and Betty; brother, Homer; his precious grandchildren, Devin, Allison, Abigayl, Joseph, and Andrew; nieces Rhonda and many others; nephews Dana, Mikey, Muscles (Lee), and many others; best friend Willis Lee Marsh and Marsh family along with Ansleigh, Little Anthony, and Selena; too many friends to mention in both Knoxville and Florida. Special recognition to Dave and Paul Prive’ and Ernie Hagens for honoring Sam’s last wish to bring him home to Tennessee. Family and friends will gather at Sherwood Memorial Gardens on Saturday, June 9th at 11am. Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City in charge of arrangements. We all love you Sambo.
