Ruth Edna Dunsmore

Dunsmore, Ruth Edna Cupp, age 86 of Halls, met her Savior September 19, 2012 at her home. Born June 26, 1926 to the late James and Vandella Widner Cupp. Preceded in death by mother and father; sisters Ruby Langley, Lois Weaver, Hazel Weaver, Grace Russell; brothers Willard, John, Sochel, Arvil, Arthur and William Cupp. Survived by the love of her life for 66 years, Everett L. Dunsmore; children and spouses Elizabeth and Ken Krenek, Karen and Gary Sneed, Larry and Kim, Mark and Cindy, and E. Alan and Carolyn Dunsmore; twelve grandchildren; several great grandchildren; special nephew Eddie and wife Lee Monroe, and special niece Alma and husband Kyle McCloud. She loved her family, her Savior, and her many Christian brothers and sisters at Highland View Baptist Church. Special thanks to Hospice and all who made her last few weeks a precious time. Funeral service 8:00 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with Rev. L. B. Herrell and J. W. Lusk officiating. Family and friends will meet 10:15 am Saturday at the funeral home and proceed to Fort Sumter Cemetery for 11:00 am interment. Grandsons will be pallbearers. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 8:00 pm Friday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel.
