Ruth Ann Walker

Ruth Ann Walker, age 71 of Halls, passed away peacefully Sunday, May 27th 2018 at UT Medical Center. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by husband, Kyle (Pete) Walker. She is survived and will be deeply missed by son, Forrest Walker; Very special Grandsons, Travis and Cameron Walker; sisters, Kay Hammond; Fay Cummins; and Wanza Hill; brother, Don Campbell; several nieces and nephews; and very special friend Reggie Barnes. The family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel on Friday, June 1st from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral service to follow at 8pm with Rev. Allen James, Rev. John Holland, and Rev. Richard Nicely officiating. The family and friends will gather at Mynatt Halls Chapel on Saturday, June 2nd at 8:15am and proceed to Greenwood Cemetery for a 9am Graveside service. Pallbearers are Cameron Walker, Travis Walker, Jeff Hammond, Don Campbell, Gordon Treece, Eddie Hill, and honorary pallbearer Bobby Campbell.
