Ruby Lee Harris

Ruby Lee Trentham Harris, age 70 of Halls, passed away January 13, 2018. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She retired from Gerdau Ameristeel after many years of service. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a jewel to all who loved her. Preceded in death by parents William and Laura Trentham; brothers William, Ted, and Fred Trentham; sister Jane Hillon. Survived by children Richard Harris and wife Ann and Suzanne Harris Jones; grandsons Lucas Jones and Zach Harris; nephews Ron and Jeffrey Trentham; niece Melissa Competiello; sister-in-law Hazel Trentham. Family will receive friends Thursday January 18, 2018 5:00p.m.-7:00p.m. at Salem Baptist Church with service to follow, Rev. John Holland officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to assist with funeral expenses. Family and friends will meet 10:15a.m. Friday January 19, 2018 at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel and proceed to Fort Sumter Cemetery for an 11:00a.m. interment.
