Roy Lee Johnson

Roy Johnson II, was called to Heaven on Thursday, June 9, 2022. Roy was born to Roy Johnson and Charlotte Pritchett Johnson on May 23, 1975 in Knoxville, TN where he grew up. Roy was of Pentecostal faith and attended Arrowhead COGOP. He was a jack of all trades, known as everyone’s “handy man”. If you needed something done, you called Roy. He always showed up for the ones he loved most. He loved to draw, write, color, watch movies, listen to music and sing in his down time. He was preceded in death by his brother, Timmy Johnson; grandmother, Lillian Pritchett; grandfather, James Pritchett (AKA) Arthur Q. Smith; and aunt, Connie Coram. He leaves behind his parents, Roy and Charlotte Johnson; children, Morgan and Devan; grandchildren, Addison and Alivia; nieces, Caitlyn, Bexley, Ellie, and Moxley; nephew, Timmy; uncles, David, Glenn, and James; aunt, Sharon; many cousins; special friend and Pastor Terry Barnwell; and his beloved pet, Tanner. The family held a private celebration of life Saturday, June 11, 2022 at Arrowhead COGOP. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to a fundraiser of choice that assists individuals struggling with alcohol and drug addiction.
