Rosella Jones Mynatt

Mynatt, Rosella Jones, age 92, went to be with our heavenly Father April 18, 2013. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was very dear to her heart. She was a kind and giving person to all who knew her. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church. She worked at Standard Knitting Mills, then worked in the family business, Mynatt’s Furniture, for several years. Preceded in death by parents, Mark and Emma Jones; the love of her life, husband, George Mynatt for 60 years; brothers, Frank and Elsworth Jones; sisters, Lucy Turner and Idabelle Cooper. Survived by son, Duane Mynatt; daughter, Jewell Walker and husband Tommy; grandchildren, Jordan Mynatt, Courtney Huff, Julie Koontz, and Clint Walker; great-grandchildren, Hunter and Cierra Huff, and Rikki Koontz; special niece, Jeanette Bright. We would like to give a special thank you to Tennova Residential Hospice for the love and care received from the staff. Family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 pm Saturday at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow. Rev. Jerry Vittatoe officiating. Pallbearers: David Alley, Gary Hayes, Wayne Anderson, John Huff, Larry Koontz, Hunter Huff, Todd Patnode, and Bailey Koontz. Family and friends will meet 1:15 pm Sunday at the funeral home and proceed to Clear Springs Cemetery for 2:00 pm interment service.
