Rose Cooper

Rose “Jackie” Cooper, age 59, of Knoxville, TN passed away on June 21, 2018. She was a very loving and caring mother. She was preceded in death by parents Durward Peters and Shirley Sweat, brother John Sweat, and sisters Marie Crisp and Ruth Ann Isabelle. She is survived and will be greatly missed by brother Michael Sweat; sons, Stephen Frank, Chris Frank (Angie), Donnie Gibson and Jason Gibson (Christian Smith); grandchildren, Robby West and Courtney Frank; great-grandchild, Madison West; many nieces, nephews and extended family members. The family will receive friends at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel on Monday, June 25th from 5-7pm with a funeral service to follow.
