Rosalene Davis

Rosalene Ferril Davis of Knoxville, TN passed away on Friday, April 8th, 2022 at the age of 86, while surrounded by family at NHC North. Rosaline was born September 4th, 1935 in Livingston, TN and attended Livingston Academy. She later moved to Knoxville and was a member of Arlington Church of Christ. She worked in the credit departments at Sears and Proffits before retiring. Rosaline was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Jack; parents James and Emma Ferril; brother Harlan Ferril and sister Johnie Bilbrey. Left to mourn her passing are sons, Don (Vicki) and Ken (Deborah); grandchildren: Jonathan, Jeremy (Jenny), Sarah Chapman (Adam), and Seth; great-grandchildren: Jackson, Bailey, Isabelle, Emma, Charlie, Olivia, and Ava. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff at NHC North for their loving care and support. We are grateful to Caris for their guidance through her last days. The family would like to thank Mark Brackney for his continuing support. A special thanks to Rosaline’s guardian angels, Jack and Marie Edmondson, for watching over her. Gravesite services will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 1:00pm CT at Overton Memorial Gardens, Livingston, TN. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Alzheimers Association of TN.
