Ronald “Ronnie” Ballinger, age 45 of Knoxville passed away August 20, 2017. He was of the Baptist faith. Preceded in death by mother Eva Ballinger and grandmother Annie Raby. Survivors include siblings Jackie Fridley (Teresa), David Fridley (Janice), LeeAnn Anderson (Dale); nieces and nephews Duane and Ava Anderson, Jaqueline and Christian Fridley.
