Ronald Paul Owens, age 66 of Corryton, passed away December 23, 2020. Preceded in death by parents Bill and Wanda Rouse, brother Christopher Merle Owens, and daughter Maria Delores Ponce. Survived by daughters Wanda Jane Castillo and Susan Gayle Schwinn, sisters Mary Gayle Rouse and Charlene Armstrong, girlfriend Janice Brabson, and other extended family.
