Rome Lester Wells

Rome Lester Wells Jr passed peacefully on July 29, 2021 at the age of 76. Loving father to Robin Bingham, Michael and Lauralee Wells and Chad Newberry(deceased). Proud Grandfather to Alex Bingham, Zach and Kristin Bingham, Chad Newberry Jr., Hunter and Brittnee Haynes, Kneely and Dillon Paul, Lynsie Norman. Incredibly proud Great Grand Father to 7 beautiful great grandchildren. Dear friend to Steve Shields, Bobby and Sheila Gorman, Roy Faddis. The list is too long to list all the special friends he had in his heart and life. He loved you all. Loving brother to Shirley Holt, Jenny Faddis(deceased), Shelby Brookshire(deceased). Further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He loved his family and friends with all of his heart. RL will be fondly remembered as a 1962 Graduate from Rule High School. Loved being a Realtor.. Proudly served as the Postmaster of the Powell community. Proud Army National Guard Veteran.
