Rodney Dewayne Myers

Rodney DeWayne Myers, age 52 of Halls, passed away April 30, 2022. Member of Fairview Baptist Church, Teamsters Local 519, and UPS employee for 33 years. Former coach of Knoxville Stars Baseball and Halls Middle School and several other organizations. Rodney is preceded in death by his mother, Hawitha Myers. He is survived by his wife, Kristy “Bull” Myers; sons, Ty (Sarah) Myers and Spencer Myers; grandchild, Coraline Myers; and father, David Myers. Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 5, 2022 from 5-8pm at Fairview Baptist Church, with a service to follow at 8pm officiated by Rev. Wayne Lay, Rev. Maston Jackson, and Rev. Jeff Laborg. Family and friends will meet at 10:45am on Friday, May 6, 2022 at Greenwood Cemetery for an 11:00am Graveside Service. Pallbearers will include the Knoxville Stars baseball team.
