Rocky DeWayne Osborne, age 60 of Knoxville, passed away December 1, 2020. He is preceded in death by his mother and father; Ed Osborne and Bobbie Moore, and sisters; Janice King and Dawn McGhee. He leaves behind sisters; Mona Williams, Kelly Sue Ingram, Tammy (Alan) Payne, brothers; Edward Osborne, Jr. and Tony Moore, several nieces and nephews, and special friends; Richard Luttrell and Carlos “Tiger” Miller.
