Robert William Phibbs

Robert “Bob” William Phibbs, Jr. age 66 of Fountain City passed away Friday, September 13, 2019 at home surrounded by his family. He was a graduate of Fulton High School and retired from Hot Rod Barn. Attended St. Andrew’s United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by Son; Robert Jason Phibbs, father; Robert William Phibbs, Sr. and Sister; Macy Montgomery. Survivors; mother, Dora Scott Phibbs. Sister; Susan Bailey (Ken). Nephew; Nicholas Phibbs Bailey, Niece; Carrie Montgomery Newsom. 3 great nephews and many friends. Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2019 at Cox View Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside Robert Rutherford officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorials be made to Cox View Cemetery Association c/o Billy Baker 501 Granville Conner Road Powell, Tn 37849. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday, September 22, 2019 at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
