Robert M. Peters

Robert M. Peters, Sr., age 78, of Knoxville, TN went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, November 28, 2018. He was a faithful member of Forestdale Baptist Church for 49 years. He was a veteran serving his country in the U.S. Army. He owned and operated BP Signs for 50 years. Bob will be greatly missed by his wife of 55 years, Kathy Peters; his only son, Robert M. Peters, Jr. and wife Sonya; his three daughters, Judy Martin and husband Stan, Kristi Peters, and Dineen Gray and husband Tommy. He will also be greatly missed by his many grandchildren: Carrie Beasley, his first grandchild who was born on her Papaw’s birthday and husband Nick, Megan Pratt and husband Chris, Morgan Peters, Brooklyn Wilson, Kinsley Gray, Grant Ford and wife Morgan, Hunter Ford, and Destin Gray; and his great granddaughter Lucy Pratt; and great grandsons Trevor Hembree, Austin Beasley and Robert James Ford. The family will receive friends 12:00-2:00pm, Saturday, at Mynatt Funeral Home Halls Chapel with funeral service to follow at 2:00pm.
