Robert Ernest Meridieth, age 86, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at his home in Powell, TN. He is preceded in death by first wife, Carolyn P. Meridieth; father, William Earl Meridieth; mother, Jennie Faye Meridieth. He is survived by wife, Bonnie Meridieth; sons, Jeffrey Meridieth (Pamela), David Meridieth; stepson, Richard DeBusk; grandchildren, Emily Yvonne Meridieth Riddle (Brooks), Zachary Meridieth (Lindsee); great grandchildren, Baker Hayes Riddle, David Parks Riddle, Zane Tanner Meridieth and Zeek Matthew Meridieth; brother, Michael Strader Meridieth (Linda) and Kyle Edward Meridieth (Sarah). The family would like to express a special “Thank You” to UT Hospice, CNS Healthcare, Amy Miller and Gail Ray. The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, January 20, 2023, from 6:00pm until time of funeral service at 7:00pm at Mynatt Funeral Home Fountain City Chapel.
